2. Earphones, Headphones & Audio Products

Warranty: 7–30 Days

Applicable to selected:

• Wired earphones

• Wireless earbuds

• Headphones

• Bluetooth audio devices

• Speakers

The product must be returned with all original accessories and packaging where applicable.

3. Smart Watches & Wearable Devices

Warranty: 7–30 Days

Warranty may cover:

• Device not powering on

• Major functional defects

• Manufacturing defects

Warranty does not cover physical damage, water/liquid damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs unless specifically stated on the product page.

4. Electrical Products & Small Appliances

Warranty: 7–30 Days

Applicable to selected:

• Electrical accessories

• Small household appliances

• Personal-care electrical devices

• Selected kitchen appliances

The applicable warranty period will be clearly mentioned on the individual product listing.

5. Electronics with Brand Warranty

Warranty: As Specified by Manufacturer

Some products may come with an official manufacturer/brand warranty.

For these products:

• Warranty duration depends on the manufacturer.

• Warranty terms are subject to the brand's official policy.

• Warranty claims may require proof of purchase.

• Service or replacement may be handled by the authorized brand/service center where applicable.

The following categories generally do not carry a product warranty unless specifically mentioned on the product page:

For eligible products in these categories, our applicable Authenticity Guarantee or Damaged-on-Arrival Replacement Policy may still apply.

Depending on the product and stated warranty period, warranty may cover:

• Manufacturing defects

• Functional failure under normal use

• Product not working as intended upon arrival

• Defects that develop during the stated warranty period due to normal use

The exact coverage may vary by product and will be mentioned on the respective product page.

Warranty does not normally cover:

• Physical or accidental damage

• Broken or cracked parts

• Water or liquid damage

• Burn marks or electrical damage caused by improper voltage

• Damage caused by misuse or negligence

• Unauthorized opening, modification or repair

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

• Damage caused by improper installation or use

• Missing accessories caused after delivery

• Damage caused by using incompatible accessories

• Products repaired or modified by an unauthorized person

To make a warranty claim:

1. Contact FareedCenter.pk within the applicable warranty period.

2. Provide your order number and relevant product details.

3. Provide clear photos or a video demonstrating the issue when requested.

4. Our team may review the claim and determine whether the issue qualifies under the warranty.

5. If approved, the product may be repaired, replaced, or otherwise resolved according to the applicable warranty terms.

Important

A warranty claim is not automatically approved simply because a product stops working. The product may need to be inspected to determine whether the issue is a manufacturing defect or damage caused by misuse.

Where a product is eligible for replacement and the defect is verified:

• We may replace the product with the same model where available.

• If the same model is unavailable, an alternative resolution may be offered.

• Replacement is subject to product availability.

• The returned product must include relevant accessories where required.

• Replacement does not extend or reset the original warranty period unless otherwise stated.

If a product carries an official manufacturer warranty, the warranty period and conditions will be based on the manufacturer's policy.

Customers may be required to contact or visit the authorized service center specified by the manufacturer.

FareedCenter.pk may assist customers with the warranty process where applicable, but the final warranty decision may be subject to the manufacturer's inspection and warranty terms.

The warranty period begins from the date the order is delivered, unless a different starting date is specifically stated on the product page or manufacturer warranty document.

The warranty duration for each eligible product will be displayed on its product listing.

• FareedCenter.pk reserves the right to reject claims where damage is caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized repair, or accidental damage.

• Warranty does not cover normal deterioration or consumable components unless specifically stated.

• Any warranty offered by a manufacturer remains subject to that manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Customers are responsible for:

• Checking the product upon delivery.

• Using the product according to the manufacturer's instructions.

• Keeping the invoice/order information for warranty claims.

• Keeping important accessories and packaging where required for a claim.

• Reporting any issue within the applicable warranty period.

Warranty coverage is product-specific and is not automatically available on every product sold by FareedCenter.pk.

The applicable warranty, duration, coverage and exclusions will be stated on the relevant product page wherever a warranty is offered.

By purchasing a warranty-eligible product, the customer agrees to the applicable warranty terms and conditions.
